Update regarding Dr D'Costa and Dr Cochrane Dyet

We would like to inform our patients of the following changes regarding Dr D'Costa and Dr Cochrane Dyet.

Effective from 1st November 2021, Dr D'Costa will now be working 2 days per week, on Mondays and Wednesdays and Dr Cochrane Dyet will be working on Wednesday mornings.

As part of these changes, to ensure that Dr D'Costa and Dr Cochrane Dyet have suitable patient list sizes, we have selected some patients at random from both their patient lists and allocated them to the other existing  Partners. Making random allocations like this is the only fair way and we would like to ask that if you have been allocated to another Partner’s list, that you take the time to contact them and get to know them when you need medical assistance.
