Most patients will receive a text message containing a link to book their appointment online.

If You Only Want One Vaccination

If you are invited for both a Flu and COVID-19 vaccination but only wish to have one of them, please do not use the online booking link.

Instead, call the practice to book your appointment and advise whether you would like:

  • Flu vaccination only
  • COVID-19 vaccination only

Important Information About Your Appointment

To help us vaccinate patients safely and efficiently and minimise waiting times:

  • Please arrive around your allocated appointment time
  • Appointment times are intended to spread attendance throughout the clinic and reduce queues
  • When booking, you will be allocated a time and a clinician, however the clinician may vary on the day
  • The appointment time provided is an estimate to help us manage patient flow effectively
  • Arriving significantly early may increase waiting times for yourself and other patients
  • Please follow the one-way system and staff instructions
  • Come prepared for the weather
  • Attend alone unless assistance is required
  • Have your name, date of birth, address and allergy information ready
  • Wear clothing that allows easy access to your upper arm(s) for vaccination
  • These clinics are for Flu and COVID-19 vaccination appointments only. We will be unable to deal with any other routine appointments, services prescription queries or any other requests

These measures help us vaccinate patients safely and efficiently and reduce delays for all patients.

Consent to Vaccination

By booking an appointment for these clinics, you are indicating that you wish to receive any flu and/or COVID-19 vaccination for which you are eligible. A member of the clinical team will confirm your eligibility, discuss any relevant health information, answer any questions, and confirm your consent before vaccination is given. You are free to decline or withdraw consent at any time prior to vaccination
