Retirement of Dr D'Costa
It is with great sadness that we announce the retirement of Dr D'Costa after 22 years at Thornhills Medical Practice.
From 1st April 2022, Dr D'Costa's patients will be reallocated at random to the other existing Partners.
Making random allocations like this is the only fair way and we would like to ask that if you have been allocated to another Partner's list, that you take the time to contact them and get to know them when you need medical assistance.
We wish Dr D'Costa a very happy retirement.
